Cielo and Stella’s portraits on the wall in Arizona
The chosen photo ( LHS) was flattering but not very sharp. It wasn’t until I started to paint that I realised I needed some bits clarified. The area below Cielo’s left eye looked like a dark marking but it wasn’t on other photos I had.
The area of her far forehead and ear was a bit blurry.
Melanie took some extra photos to help me .
It’s certainly better when your pet is still around and we can get new photos to help. Many memorial portraits only have a few photos to work from with no way of getting extra.
