Terms & Conditions 'Paintings for Sale' Guarantee If you decide that the painting is not what you expected I will refund the purchase price of the painting .You must notify me within 14 days of receiving the painting & return it to me undamaged. Return freight charges are to be paid by the purchaser . I would suggest you use the same courier who delivered it and be careful to use adequate packaging. (Re use the packaging it arrived in if its undamaged). The colour of the paintings may vary slightly from your monitor but my guarantee covers you for worry free buying. Often monitors can make the paintings look lighter and 'washed out' in which case the original painting will often look better than the image you see on the screen. Commission Guarantee If you aren't happy with your commissioned painting ,and I can't change it so you are, I will refund your deposit so you are not out of pocket. I will retain the painting and it will then be offered for sale on my website. I retain copywrite of the painting at all times. If you decide to change the concept of a painting part of the way through the process there may be a fee involved to cover the time for work already done. i.e - If you originally decide to do a painting of animals in a complex painting - animals in a setting or several animals put together from different photos where mockup photos need to be done but then decide to get a simple one pet painting done. Deposit Your deposit will obtain you a place in my queue and will hold the price for 6 months. Shipping I have allowed 2 weeks for shipping as some paintings have to be collected from a gallery or an artshow and this can delay shipping. For a more accurate idea of how long your individual painting is likely to take to be shipped please email me . Copywrite All images of the paintings on this website are covered by copywrite. No image or part of any image may be reproduced without my written permission. You can contact me via the email link above. Privacy I respect your privacy and any information I collect about you is kept strictly confidential. I don't sell or transfer your information to any third party. Lay-bys Contact me to organise to laybye one of the paintings I have for sale. Gift Certificates Gift certificates can be supplied for a specific amount or just for a commissioned work i.e - ' an Oil Painting of Molly.'. For a commissioned work you can give a certificate and the recipient can then be involved with the process while the payment side of things can be arranged between you & I. This is ideal because the recipient doesn't have to know the cost but because they get to choose the photos & pose you know they will be getting exactly what they want.
